A former household assistant of Khloe Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against her for allegedly failing to pay her wages. The ex-employee claimed that working under Khloe was a “total nightmare.” The reality TV star has been accused of not compensating her former employee for the overtime she worked.
The plaintiff, who worked as a live-in assistant for Khloe, claims she was required to be available 24/7, without breaks or meal times, which is a violation of labor laws. The lawsuit alleges that the assistant worked seven days a week for ten hours a day but was not paid for any overtime work. She further claims that she was not given a proper employment contract or a payslip.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff had to resign from her job after working for the reality TV star for several months due to the “inhumane working conditions.” She is now seeking compensation for unpaid wages, damages, and attorney fees.
Khloe Kardashian, who is yet to comment on the lawsuit, has been involved in several legal battles in the past, including copyright infringement and defamation lawsuits.
